The reopening date of Disneyland Hotel
It’s official: the Disneyland Hotel will reopen on January 25, 2024. The announcement was made by the President of Disneyland Paris herself. This is sure to delight the many visitors who were eagerly awaiting the return of this hotel jewel at the gates of the Disneyland park.
Reservations will be possible starting September 12, 2023. That means it’s coming up very soon! You’ll have to be quick to have a chance to be one of the first guests to discover the new version of the Disneyland Hotel.
Room rates at Disneyland Hotel
How much will a night in this ultimate Disney palace cost? Room rates at the Disneyland Hotel start around €800 to €1300 per night for two adults, depending on the period and room category chosen.
This price includes access to the Disney Parks. Add an extra €150 to €200 per night to add a person to the room.
Of course, the more upscale the room category, the higher the price will be. The Signature Suites with a view of the castle will cost significantly more. But what a view!
A royal theme for Disneyland Hotel
This reopening comes with a complete overhaul of the hotel’s theme. Gone is the Victorian style, in comes the world of fairy tales and Disney royalty!
The Disneyland Hotel will become a true immersion into the imaginary world of animation films featuring princesses and princes. A theme in line with the DNA of the neighboring Disneyland park.
Expect to find nods to characters from Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Aladdin or even Rapunzel everywhere in the decor. Tapestries, paintings, crystal chandeliers… Everything will celebrate this royal universe so dear to Walt Disney.
Even the employee uniforms have been specially designed to match this fairy tale theme.
The lobby completely transformed
The first thing you’ll see when you arrive is the hotel lobby. And that’s an understatement – it has been completely transformed!
The lobby has been redesigned as a royal library worthy of the most beautiful fairy tale castles. A monumental Bohemian crystal chandelier with the effigy of the castle from Sleeping Beauty sits in the center of the ceiling.
The mezzanine is home to about fifteen books on Disney princess and prince stories. Perfect for immediately immersing you in the atmosphere!
New shows at Disneyland Hotel
To entertain in the lobby and common areas of the hotel, two brand new shows have been created.
First, the Royal Troupe: actors in costume who will involve children and adults in musical sketches inspired by classic Disney animations.
But also surprise encounters with characters like Rapunzel, Aladdin or even Mickey and Minnie in royal attire. Sure to delight fans!
Outdoor movie nights are also planned in the hotel’s gardens. Red carpet and popcorn will be a must.
