Each month brings a new round of content, and October 2023 is no exception, promising lots of entertainment for the whole family. Must-See Movies

On the movie front, subscribers certainly won’t be left wanting in October on Disney+. Among the most eagerly awaited blockbusters is Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. In this new Marvel Studios installment, the Supreme Sorcerer portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch explores the endless possibilities of the multiverse.

Another big release is Zombies 3, the third part of the Zombies musical movie saga launched in 2018. We see the characters of Zed, Addison, and their friends at Seabrook High, whose harmony with zombies is threatened by the arrival of extraterrestrials.

To get some chills as Halloween approaches, Excroissance will plunge subscribers into a nightmarish tale where a teenage girl sees her darkest thoughts come to life. Guaranteed thrills!

Younger audiences will also get their fill with La Famille Paloni présente Halloween, a compilation of spooky shorts by budding animators, as well as Le Secret de la Momie 2, a new adventure with the Paloni family and their mummy friend.

Series: Loki, American Horror Story…

On the series front, the big event of the month is undoubtedly the return of Loki. The craftiest and most divine Asgardian of the MCU will be back on October 6th for Season 2 of his show. Another horror fan-favorite, American Horror Story, returns on October 25th for an eleventh season this time set in New York.

For lovers of Japanese animation, Tokyo Revengers will unveil the second part of Season 2 on October 3rd. And October 25th will also mark the launch of Season 4 of Miraculous, the adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Also worth noting is the arrival on October 18th of Molly McGee and the Ghost, a new animated show about the unlikely friendship between an extroverted girl and a shy ghost.

Fascinating Documentaries

Documentaries are also well represented in the Disney+ October lineup. On October 4th, the series FX’s Dear Mama revisits the journey of Afeni Shakur, activist and mother of rapper Tupac Shakur.

Then on October 18th, the series One Strange Rock presented by Will Smith takes us on a journey to uncover the mysteries and miracles that make Earth unique.

Finally, the documentary L’affaire Wagatha will revisit the ultra-high profile court case between soccer players Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy. A fascinating glimpse behind the scenes of the ruthless world of social media.
